I have not heard anything of Crowley for months. I presume therefore things have gone to sleep.

     

You have the right to apply for an Order to discontinue the action for lack of prosecution but probably you would rather let the matter sleep. If I am right as to this you would probably like to have my firm's account which I enclose.
