My dear Kyllmann,

It is announced to-day that special jury cases (that is our list) will be taken at the beginning of next term, three Courts will be sitting and we are third on the list.

The Sittings begin on Tuesday the 10th April so there is every prospect of being in the list on that day. I shall not however know for certain until a day or two before the 10th.

Yours sincerely,

Charles S. J. Harper
