Jean Gaston Ltd.—and—Aleister Crowley
Dear Sirs,
We are acting for Messrs. Jean Gaston Ltd., of 80, New Bond Street, W.1., in their claim for £28.11s.0d., in respect of two dishonoured cheques given to them by Mr. Aleister Crowley, for whom we believe you act, in payment for Ladies' Gowns supplied to him
We do not wish to put your Client to any trouble and expense at the present moment, and shall be glad to hear whether he can make some satisfactory proposition for discharging this liability.
Unless, however, we hear from you within the course of a few days, we shall have to proceed with the issue of a Writ.
Yours faithfully,
Messrs. Forsyte, Kerman & Phillips, 8/9, Carlos Place, Grosvenor Square, W.1.
