Dear Sirs,

YOURSELVES ATS CROWLEY

To enable us to receive out of court the sum of £100 paid in by Crowley, would you please have the top part of the enclosed form completed. You will see that it requires to be sealed and signed by two Directors and the Secretary. Would you please also have the alteration of the date initialled in the margin, and then return the form to us.

When we have received the £100 out of court we will discuss with you what steps are to be taken against Crowley with a view to attempting to recover the balance owing to you.
