Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Montgomery Evans

[Jan.12, 1935]

Dear M.E.2.

Pleased to hear from you.

There is nothing readable in this country: only [illegible] masterpieces which don't last even the month required by the reviewers.

My business is still bringing fire. I am thoroughly fed up with everything.

Unless something breaks and I can get away to sunshine soon I shall die of the pip.

Nothing here happens. Sensible men pray daily for a war.

Yours

A.C.
