I hereby give you notice that a Receiving Order in Bankruptcy was, on the 1st day of February, 1935, made by the High Court of Justice against the above-named Debtor, whose present residence or place of business the Petitioning Creditors are unable to ascertain a domiciled Englishman, domiciled in England. Author, by which Order I have been constituted Receiver of the Estate of the said Debtor.
