We Baphomet OHO [Outer Head of the Order] having considered for seven years the charges of larceny, fraud and embezzlement preferred against Charles Stansfeld Jones find him guilty on each and every count and We hereby degrade him from all dignities in the Order him from the Order and We sentence him to undergo the full penalties prescribed by the Statutes of the Order and furthermore to suffer the full penalties incurred by his Obligation to Us and to the Order.
And we hereby charge our Acting Deputy Grand Master General in California the Thrice Illustrious Thrice Holy and Thrice Illuminated Frater Wilfred Smith Hon X° with the promulgation of this judgment and sentence in all proper quarters.
And we hereby charge the Unknown Servitors of the Order with its due execution.
