. . . On March 13 we—Jane [Jane Wolfe], Regina [Regina Kahl] and I initiated a new member into the 1st Degree. I think him a good man—have made him Organizing Secretary. . . . We are aiming to get 31 signed and payed-up members, so that we shall have cash in hand to rent a decent lodge room. I have a feeling we are going to get somewhere this time.
