Dear Jameson
To confirm our agreement of June 2 '38. I agree to pay you £1.10.0. per week for use of ground floor and basement at 6 Hasker Street S.W.1 with electric supply. The telephone account to be paid by me on vacating. Repairs, if necessary, to be payable by you. The arrangement re meals to be continued on your responsibility for due performance; account to be discharged by me weekly or monthly, as to be agreed. I am to have access to ground floor room from June 7 free of charge for purpose of furnishing.
