Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Frieda Harris
[EXTRACT]
[25 January 1939]
It is entirely due to your genius . . . it is you who have goaded me into getting the heart out of the whole business, and taking each [Tarot] card separately as an individual masterpiece.
The result is that any given card is something immensely beyond anything that I had ever contemplated. I did not really get any definite idea in my head for any card except the one or two that I have seen in vision.
