Dear Louis

Ah me, I fear the cruise is also a dream. Really I'm very depressed. Weather not helpful to soul.

Hope to see you, then, early in August. As to U.S.A. I wonder whether you would care to take over the Tarot and do a deal.

With a set of photos to date—perhaps the whole lot—and one replica to show what the originals are like—much might be done with exhibitions, lectures, etc: perhaps a direct sale of the original pack as a pack.

Heard from Mencken [Henry Louis Mencken] last week. Thinks he'll be here in the fall.

Yours ever,

Aleister.
