We, [eleven-fold cross] Baphomet O.H.O. hereby appoint the T. I., T. I., and T. I. Fra∴ Karl Germer X° (Grand Master General of the Free German-Speaking Peoples) as our Legate in the United States of America to take precedence of all previously constituted Authorities with special power to revive the dormant Mount Sinai and Rose of Sharon.
