Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Karl Germer
[partial]
[4 July 1941]
There was no trouble at all [at the Exhibition of the Thoth Tarot cards]; but she [Frieda Harris] neglected to post a sandwich man outside of N. and V. [Nicholson & Venn]. So many people, some of whom had come long distances, failed to see the show.
But all this puts us in a strong position; we now know that there is no open (still less official) opposition to my Work.
