Dear Kerman,

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Enclosed for your approval. Idea: to confirm that the "stipend" (which came to hand duly this morning!) is for work unconnected with the Tarot; and to ask fulfilment of her [Frieda Harris] her promise for good reasons. I suggest you writing Brooke [Lady Harris' solicitor] at the same time, point out that I am asking no more than she agreed to, willingly and gladly; but that I can't take any further action without appearing to be hostile, which I am most loath to do.

Will you ring me up about this, or arrange for me to call?

Love is the law, love under will.

Yours sincerely,

Aleister Crowley.
