Correspondence from Forsyte, Kerman & Phillips to T. Cannon-Brookes & Co.
7th October 1942.
Aleister Crowley & Lady Harris [Frieda Harris]
Dear Sirs,
Mr. Cannon-Brookes will recall that he spoke to our Mr. Kerman [Isidore Kerman] some two or three weeks ago and promised to read the papers in this matter with a view to discussing a settlement of the outstanding matters between our respective Clients. Although we have telephoned and written to you we have been unable to speak with you and we do suggest that your Client should make up her mind as to what action she proposes to take with regard to the matter.
Our Client has no desire to take proceedings as he feels with us that the matter can be settled quite amicably. We shall be glad to have your views as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
FORSYTE KERMAN & PHILLIPS.
Messrs. T, Cannon-Brookes & Co., Norfolk House, Norfolk St., W.C.2.
