Arising 7 A.M. hustle about remove black-out, bath do exercises, get breakfast meditate wash up paint all morning get lunch wash up sit for 1/2 hour paint, do shopping, take short bicycle ride for health. . . . do the garden, prepare supper wash up clear up rush up quite tired to sit for a minute by the fire with any paper I can find to write on and a leaking pen.
