I had expected to hear from you—perhaps my prospectus or your reply miscarried? Kindly reassure a convalescing neurasthenic! Copies [The Book of Thoth] should be ready to send out in a month or less. Found perfect Egyptian paper for sides: sample came to-day; it looks superb. And the book seems to read well.
