. . . I am now focusing on my health. I have taken the decrepit car and the last of the petrol and am in Wales and have found a good family run hotel, no lounge lizards, and a large room facing the mountains and four meals a day. I propose to put my last farthing in to getting control of my body which is becoming my master. . . .
