With further reference to your letter of the 29th ultimo I am to inform you that the Official Receiver is prepared to accept the offer of £25. For the books and literary material referred to in the second paragraph of Mr. Germer's [Karl Germer] letter to you of the 22nd March, 1948, and the Official Receiver will be glad to receive a remittance for that sum at your early convenience.

     

With regard to the cash at Lloyd's Bank Ltd., Hastings, the Official Receiver will be obliged if, to assist him further in his investigations, you will furnish him with a copy of the debtor's account with that Branch.
