Dear Cecil:

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

We have not heard from you for over five weeks now, and do hope that everything is O.K. The only news was a bit in a Sunday paper about the show.

Are you having the O.T.O. Manifesto printed? Could you let us know definitely not later than August 7th? Please let me have the die if all goes well am I am rather afraid it might get lost and used improperly by persons who might find it.

Love is the law, love under will.

Fraternally

Kenneth Grant.
