Dear Kaplan.

Have just written to Lund [Robert Lund] as follows: 'No need to send me a copy of the list of Crowleyana for sale, as I now have one. Do please let Kaplan buy it intact. He is a genuine collector and not a Crowley disciple. He will I am sure. let me have one of the four sets of proofs of Alexandra, and allow me to collate the MS of The Vision and the Voice with the printed version.'

I do hope that you get it. I can afford £100 which I could pay you when you come to London—thus avoiding exchange difficulties—taking from you the Alexandra item and The Vision and the Voice item, if the price goes so high that the extra £100 would enable you to get the collection.

But if you do not need the money and want the whole lot, please let me have one of the four proof copies of Alexandra.

Yours in haste

Gerald Yorke

Let me know what day you arrive in London.
