I was the victim of a hold up by O.T.O. members.[1] Stella Seckler [Phyllis Seckler's oldest daughter] came with 3 daughters [who] all call themselves O.T.O. and attacked me, bound and gagged me, Stella sprayed my eyes with acid and since this time my eyesight has lost 80%
I have been asked whether You have a Charter to do so [to lead a lodge] and I was happy to say: Yes. The Copy of Your Charter was in Your Files in the Library and if it is not stolen, it must be still there.
