Frank Bennett Diary Entry

Wednesday, 5 October 1921

Wednesday. Got up at 6.45 am. Dressed, washed, shaved. Got breakfast ready for self, A.C. and Leah [Leah Hirsig]. Leah still too ill. Pentagram at 8.30. Studied 'Liber VII' until 10.30. Then worked on bookshelf and picture shelf until noon. Returned from dinner at 1.30, studied 'Liber VII' until 3. From 3 to 4 spent in meditation—very bad, too many breaks. I must spend two hours every day on this. Tea at 5, Pentagram at 6.30. Self in the East.
