Frank Bennett Diary Entry Thursday, 6 October 1921
Thursday. Got up at 6.45 am. Dressed, washed, and got breakfast for Leah [Leah Hirsig], A.C., and self. Pentagram at 8.30. After, went through 'Liber VII,' repeating it from memory to Leah—very nervous. Studied some Cabala until 10. Did one hour's meditation on the subconscious self. Tried to unite it with the conscious self. Did so for a short time; one hour at this. Dinner until 1.30. Took a long walk in the afternoon. Tea at 5, Pentagram at 6.15. Progradior in the East.
