Asana at dawn.
10.30 10.50—mind became easily unconscious of the body and shot off as if down a long corridor.
Astral journey on
Saw first two naked horses drawing a car in air. Helio’s horses. Then the [illegible], then a huge bird flying against it to peck out the [illegible]’s eyes?
Then a perfect bunch of purple grapes hanging from an arched window. ‘the ear of corn reaped in silence.’
Went back on—
The pillar again, and on it one of three exquisite Egyptian chairs with a seat of thongs (Louvre). Then a cup.
Asana—quieting the body—leading to Pranayama and Manhā yoga—physical [illegible]. Tranquility—Niyama—Yama. Then analysis of the mind and conflict of thought streams Pratyaharma—Dharana—mind’s focus on a single point.
