Aleister Crowley Diary Entry Friday, 23 March 1900

Rose at 5.45 A.M. Did L.B.R. [Lesser Banishing Ritual] of the Pentagram and Hexagram and began to pray. I was too sleepy, etc., to do much and went again to sleep. At 9 A.M. I began to write my Confession and continued till about 5 P.M. I will now write Orders to the Servants for the Operation. The ceremonial Confession to be made Saturday before sunrise.
