Aleister Crowley Diary Entry

M[orning Meditation] O.E. [Oscar Eckenstein] standing.

Many superimposed images of various sizes and at various distances. Mustaches of one figure so. Expression became bold and fierce. Especially at 4 feet distance were two very real images small and large respectively at same distance. Comments. This latter phenomenon if unique and clear represents complete success.

[Note. Small drawing of face with very large moustaches.]

E[vening Meditation] Imagined Iehi Aour [Allan Bennett], my very dear Frater, in the Buddha position. His image grew vast and grave and calm, yet he changed not. Also the vaster form congealed itself into a shape of luminous gold, bout the height of 12 cubits.
