Stomache seems completely upset. On verge of being sick all day. Took 1 gr Opium twice.

E[vening Meditation]. 10 min[utes] 4 breaks. R.R. et A.C. 23 min[utes] 9 breaks. But I think breaks are longer in themselves than of old: I find myself concentrating on them and forgetting the primary altogether. But I have no means of telling how long it is before the error is discovered.
