1. Tejas-Apas Meditation.

2. Imagined Mary. Meditation on living object with the usual two figure result.

3.  [Astral Vision].[1] I found myself in a boiling sea with geysers spouting around me. Suddenly monsters shaped like lions and bulls and dragons rose from the deep, and about them sped may fiery angels, and Titanic god-forms plunged and wheeled and rose amongst the waters. Above all was built a white temple of marble through which a rose-flame flickered. There stood Aphrodite with a torch in one hand and a cup in the other,[2] and above her hovered Archangels. Then suddenly all was in an immense void, and as I looked into it I beheld the dawn of creation. Gusts of liquid fire flamed and whirled through the darkness. Then nothing but the brilliance of fire and water. of is power of attack and of solution. I was away fifteen minutes.

4. Seven minutes breathing exercise fifteen seconds each way. (Breathing in, withholding, and breathing out.)

5.   White Lion on Grey. 5 m[inutes]. Result bad.

1—It is to be noted that this Vision is of a fiery nature, and that it was experienced shortly after meditating upon Tejas-Apas.

2—Very similar to the older form of “Temperance” in the Taro.
