Aleister Crowley Diary Entry Saturday, 25 May 1901
Alls Well [that Ends Well] II 45-6.
Passion-tide still coming in. Promised not to do anything against her will, so we lay together about an hour on my bed kissing.
Note to PS of May 10: The happy marriage is perhaps as easy to attach as any. They hardly know what passion is: they cannot slur nor blunt it nor turn aside the shaft of Cupid with the shield of sarcasm. Once awake it—always an easy matter! and the rest plays itself.
Climax this night but for boy crying out in his dream.
