Returned from Tokyo. Broke to the world.
All day with A. [Mary Rogers] yet revised B[oo]k 2 of Orpheus.
V[ery] doubtful if A. can leave by Pern—to-morrow decides.
Wrote postponing Kamakura[1] till [S.S.] America Maru comes in.
1—Kamakura is located about 50 kilometres (31 miles) south-south-west of Tokyo.
