The Blessed Abhavânanda said: “Thus have I heard. One day in Thy courts is better than a thousand”; let me recommence Prânâyâma. Thus he thought, and said. Further he said: “Let me abandon these follies of poesy and Vamacharya (“debauchery,” i.e. normal life) and health and vain things and let me put in some work.
