10-11. Walk with M[ahasatipatthana]. Got very clear intuition that "I breathe" was a lie. Definitely denied in consciousness. Making an effort for the sake of experiment, regained delusion, but not quite easily.
11.30. Entered Temple.
11.33. P.Y. [Pranayama] 10.20.30. These figures express the duration in seconds of Purakam [in breath], Rekakam [out breath] and Kumbhakam [holding of breath after inbreathing] respectively. P.Y. 11.33 - 11.39. A good deal of pain etc.
11.40. M.
11.51. P.Y. 10.20.30 - 11.56. I do seem bad! Left nostril very sore and passages bad..
11.57. Left Temple.
12.30. Began M. desultory.
1.15. In T[emple] M. Doing it very badly. Seem sleepy.
1.30. Rapid degeneration to nothing.
1.35. Went out. Feeling ill—glossitis etc etc all week.
