Thick soups; eel, mackerel, salmon, herrings, sardines, pork, duck, goose, macaroni, potatoes, peas, beans, pastry and sweets; sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, save in small quantity.

Exercise, less sleep, free bowels and skin. Takes regular Turkers.

Limit liquid to 40 oz.

     

Allowed:
