Feeling seedy, took various material measures, ending with HG2Cl2 [Calomel].
Met Lady Tankerville, Laid as I trust the aforesaid firm cornerstone. Gave him Tal[isman]s. HOREH and MACANEH, also scorpion from K[ey] of S[olomon], also Sign of Saturn to read and LBR Pent[agram] to work. Also told him of wand, oil, and incense.
