Aleister Crowley Diary Entry

Saturday, 13 July 1907

In bed, fever abated. Still far from fit.

Wrote poem "There is no other God than He."

The curious sense that I have the Power of samadhi is again with me. No doubt I have attained; only a question of waiting without attachment for the reward.

[On the page opposite the entry for Saturday:]

I think this stamps me clearly as an 8ยบ = 3o elect.

(I don't know about the Power of samadhi; but I can tolerate Tankerville [Lord Tankerville], and I want a new grade specially created for that.)
