[Late in the afternoon, after a warm, moist day with rain and thunder, the air cleared, and behind drawn blinds Crowley asked Jeanne to what Object they might dedicate their love, or, if preferred, she could eschew any Object and] fall into the arms of God.
[The ensuing operation was] perfect in all points [though] the Joy of these operations clouds the observation.
