The Sun enters the Sign of Aquarius: I record that Frater Iacchaion [C. F. Russell], the Primum Mobile of the Working, having failed to initiate any Rashith Ha-Gilgalim, has caused the collapse of the whole Working, which I therefore declare ended. I now myself repair to the City of Paris, there to inaugurate an alternative course of procedure.
