5.0. P.M. H[eart]-to-H[eart] talk with Helen Fraux: cleared up much bad feeling. Cleaning up and collecting various old papers, esp. for The Urn.
(I woke at 4.30 A.M. with very bad asthma, persisting till after tiffin.)
