3.21 A.M. Heard from M. . . . kay and Arctaeon [Charles Stansfeld Jones]. A foul mass of filth from a Detroit garbage-can.

 

Evening with Aimee [Aimée Gouraud].

     

4.50 P.M. Couldn’t sleep till after 6 A.M. Woke now.

     

9.30 P.M. Bright and lively till 8.30 then weighed down with weariness. Will take Noctyl till I sleep.

     

Must call on [Dr.] Edmund Cros at 2.30 P.M tomorrow.
