Golf.

     

Revised "William Blake" (which I wrote during my few days in London) and will now make considerations for the rest of the series. I have done, for England, Blake and Shelley; for America, Alexander Harvey. (Frank Harris in prose, too.)

     

England: Shelley(x), Blake (x), Keats,  Browning, Shakespeare, Chaucer, Swinburne, Burton(x), Frank Harris(x) Dee and Kelly, Sterne, Swift, James Thomson B.V.(x). France: Villon, Rabelais, Baudelaire [Charles Baudelaire], Verlaine, Eliphas Levi, Marcel Schwob, Balzac, Anatole France.

     

America: Harvey(x), Cabell [James Branch Cabell] (x), Poe, Whitman(x), Mencken [Henry Mencken], Seabrook [William Seabrook], Ben Hecht.
