I have been very ill since early in January, and am far from well in many ways, though apparently convalescent. I have been keeping a record of symptoms and treatment, and propose to continue this while necessary—or possible!
12.10 A.M. I have been trying to
cut down

more or less; too ill to record even
Temp 99°3 swollen jawbone—which started yesterday. Seems if anything worse 4Q 1QAS Later.
Poached eggs, toast, chocolate.
Enema: fairly satisfactory. Pains
afterwards; but they passed off in (11) a few minutes. About
4 small
