Aleister Crowley Diary Entry Saturday, 17 November 1923
12 Midnight. Hail unto Kephra!
2 a.m. Have revised attributions of Coptic Alphabet.
Notably the Supernals.
I will now meditate in Silence—upon this Oracle: “all these” in AL. I 54. (Main obvious message: “Don’t get rattled trying to do too much. Accuracy and fidelity are enough!)
3.30 a.m. Meditated. Invoked Aiwass by Samekh and Tahuti by LXIV.
12.45 p.m. Finished whatever it was at 12.11 p.m. I quit writing at 6.45 a.m., all in, and 667 helped out (till 12.11 p.m.)
12.50 p.m. I noted two days ago that there are only three possibilities in life:—1, Myra Babbitt (I vomit); 2, T. Judique (I sigh); 3, Somebody with a Job (and the patience of one!) and out IAO The Prince. There can never be more than a small percentage of 3—until 93 is running at high speed—and 1 and 2 are too hopelessly damned even to cry about!
