Hail unto Kephra!

Have been rattling off P.S. after P.S. to O.P.V. [Norman Mudd] de omni et nulle t quisdomn allis! Incredible that I should have got back into such tip-top form in twelve hours from the abject Abyss in which I was this morning! All glory to Aiwass! Now let Him lift me up also among men that I may do that for which “fate and metaphysical aid” have designed me!

11.30 a.m. Note on Planetary Colours. The attribution is not arbitrary, as shown below.

     Saturn Indigo.

The night-sky blue from above

the Abyss. Hence has

no complementary colour.

Also Akasha.

     Jupiter ) Violet

The colour of Spirit first reflected

below the Abyss (highest vibration

of Spectrum) its complement which

completes by opposing it.

     Mercury ) Yellow

     Mars ) Red and Green

The most active and passive

energies Blood and Chlorophyl.

     Venus )

     Sun )

     Moon )

Orand and Blue. Orange combines

red and yellow (Sun giver of Light

and Life) Blue combines green and

indigo. (Moon partakes of the passive

and receptive nature of Venus, but

also of the trans-abysmal nature of

Saturn. Hence her attribution to the

extremes of sensual weakness and

spiritual strength and purity).

The above is not complete or quite satisfactory.

QUEEN SCALE.

     Saturn

Black

Death, Mystery, Darkness, etc.

Binah as she seems in Nature.

     Jupiter

Blue

Chesed. Sensual delights. Morey.

Actual colour of Jupiter in Nature.

     Mars

Red

Anger. Actual colour of Mars in

Nature. Fire. Salts of Fe.

     Sol

Yellow

Actual colour of Sol in Nature.

     Venus

Sky-Blue

Salts of Cu (Some green as in King-

cale also red and black, Crimson,

etc.: she reflects all sorts of

energies) Frivolous companion of

Jupiter: Romance, Idealism.

     Mercury

Purple

The Hermaphrodite (Red of Fire,

Male plus Blue of Water female)

Actual colour as compared to Sun

whom he is always near)

     Moon

White

Actual colour of Moon in Nature.

Purity of Virgin Blankness on

which any hue may be cast.

All very unsatisfactory. I think these colours must simply be those of the original Gods considered without reference to each other.

11 p.m. Wondefully better all day, but impatient about nothing as hell, damnation, buggery and shitarecfulness, and cranky as cunt, bub-knobs, bellypit, and pisspetationableness. Alostrael [Leah Hirsig] ditto, only more so.; we criss-crossed each other’s moods in the minutest trifles all day, trying hard to love each other, and missing by a fraction of an inch every time.
