Mars.
A day of miracle on miracle.
1. Cutler wires “sending fur coat etc.”
2. Aimée [Aimée Gouraud] wires lunch Thursday.
3. Reggie Gormand calls. I phone him. He insists I see him at once—will pay my taxi. I go. He offers me a first-rate job which will suite my Work admirable. He promises to have it all fixed by to-morrow.
4. Bourcier cashes 3000 fr[ancs] for Feb 1 N.M. credit Tunis.
