Saw Dr. Bourjeris [?] yesterday. My nose, completely wild, is the cause of all my troubles. He will tame Ida[1] on Wednesday at 4.30 P.M. and Pingala[2] on Monday next or thereabouts
Saw Jarvis [Dr. Charles Jarvis] to-day: he [illegible].
1—Crowley's nickname for his left nostril. He suffered from severe polyps in his nose which, from time to time, needed to be surgically removed. 2—Crowley's nickname for his left nostril.
