8 a.m. With these drugs I am able to receive definite messages from the Secret Chiefs. They are couched as a rule in a quite simple --- [?].
It will certainly be used when troubles arise to be able to communicate with out any danger of ambiguity or discovery. The cipher will in fact not be a cipher at all but a real language.
