Indicate the prospects of the Oil supply which now concerns me, and the general line of development which I should adopt. [I Ching Hexagram] Fire/Ph. Big Water XXXIV Ta Kwang.

          

[Line] 1. Don't be rash.

[Line] 2. Good fortune from steady wise handling.

[Line] 3. Keep something up your sleeve.

[Line] 4. Things will go easily when the right way is found.

[Line] 5. All settled nicely.

[Line] 6. A moment will come when it is hard to advance or draw back; the difficulty must be fully recognized, and fresh counsel taken.
