This makes 13 days really severe illness.
Passed a much better day. (Bar a sudden chill wh[ich] caused instant severe diarrhoea. Prob. accounts for later hell (?)).
Went to sleep say 9.30.
Woke 11.10 P.M. violent paroxysm of coughing, furious headache, some diarrhoea, from the devil of a nightmare—why?
