Aleister Crowley Diary Entry

Tuesday, 16 June 1931

Pola [Henckels] put (?) me a rabbit, damn her!

Took Elfi to Lunte—good.

Dinner with K. and C. [Karl and Cora Germer] and lovely ride after. Both of ‘em perfectly charming and good-tempered. (But afterwards: Karl bitterly reproaches me for accepting dinner invitations. His matrimony is being squandered!!!)
